Community Platform Architecture

How you configure your community platforms and tools together to create a cohesive member journey is pivotal for a positive member experience.

This course will take a detailed look into the different elements that create a community’s architecture: creating from scratch, thinking through leveling and access gating, connecting technologies together for a smooth user experience, and designing responsively so you can adapt to the needs of the community over time. You’ll walk away not only with an understanding of these concepts, but also the tools you need to plan, map, and execute a cohesive community architecture.
